Our highly experienced trainer, Phylis, has 40 years of experience in the early childhood field and more than 30 years of that she has been involved in training. She is a very happy lady! Her comment at the end of Training Day I was:
"I think I have died and gone to Trainer Heaven! To have trainees who are so excited and enthusiastic is wonderful. They are responsive and eager to learn".
This blog post can only expand on that theme. The teachers were really engaged and the training was such fun with them. At the end of the day everyone was beaming, most especially the LOEP Training Team! Will try to post pix while the Internet is behaving.
