Basics

It's early morning and the power is on so I will try to get a good posting here. I know everyone really wants to see pictures and Emmalee is going to post some this morning.

We spent the day at LCMS yesterday getting the training set up in the library building. Phylis and Emmalee worked together on the presentation while Emile and I did some planning. It was a good, productive day. It is school break time now so we have not seen school in session as it would normally but we did see some students who were here for testing this week.

Basics I know everyone wants to know:
We are staying at Emile's house about 10 minutes from the school. There are two buidings here - one is the main house where Emile lives and the other is where we are staying. Emile has had mission teams here staying quite regularly and it works out well to have a guest house arrangement. There are several bedrooms and we opted for a huge room where we can be together. The room has adjoining bath with bucket showers and bucket flush.

Electricity is on in the morning 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and evening 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. and it is not much noticeable when it is off. Internet acces is a very slow dial-up so we only use it in the earliest morning anyway. Other than that we have not noticed when the electricity is off.
